e) steun aan internationale, regionale of plaatselijke organisaties, inclusief de NGO's, die een rol spelen bij het voorkomen en beslechten van conflicten, alsmede bij het verhelpen van de gevolgen daarvan, met inbegrip van steun voor de instelling van internationale ad hoc-straftribunalen en de oprichting van een permanente internationale strafrechtbank, alsook bij de ondersteuning van en de bijstand aan slachtoffers van schendingen van de mensenrechten.
(e) supporting international, regional or local organisations, including the NGOs, involved in preventing, resolving and dealing with the consequences of conflict, including support for establishing ad hoc international criminal tribunals and setting up a permanent international criminal court, and support and assistance for the victims of human rights violations.
