PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE SECRETARY-GENERAL OF THE COUNCIL, HIGH REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE COMMON FOREIGN AND SECURITY POLICY, AND THE DEPUTY SECRETARY-GENERAL OF THE COUNCIL

The terms of office of the Secretary-General of the Council, High Representative for the common foreign and security policy, and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Council shall end on the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon.

2. Voor de toepassing van deze verordening geldt de voorwaarde dat de plaatsvervangend secretaris-generaal van de Raad de Commissie ervan kennis heeft gegeven dat geen overeenkomst of contract krachtens de Besluiten 2007/149/EG en 2000/265/EG van de Raad is gesloten voor de levering van netwerk- en beveiligingsdiensten voor de uitwisseling van gegevens als bedoeld in artikel 1, lid 1.
2. The application of this Regulation is subject to notification of the Deputy Secretary-General of the Council to the Commission that no agreement or contract has been concluded for the provision of networking and security services for the exchange of data referred to in Article 1 (1) pursuant to Council Decision 2007/149/EC and Council Decision 2000/265/EC.

2. Deze verordening is van toepassing vanaf de dag van de bekendmaking ervan en na kennisgeving door de plaatsvervangend secretaris-generaal van de Raad aan de Commissie dat geen overeenkomst of contract krachtens de Besluiten 2007/149/EG en 2000/265/EG van de Raad is gesloten voor de levering van netwerk- en beveiligingsdiensten voor de uitwisseling van gegevens als bedoeld in artikel 1, lid 1.

This Regulation shall be applicable from the date of its publication and after notification of the Deputy Secretary-General of the Council to the Commission that no agreement or contract has been concluded for the provision of networking and security services for the exchange of data referred to in Article 1 (1) pursuant to Council Decision 2007/149/EC and Council Decision 2000/265/EC.
