3. Indien in een kamer bestaande uit vijf of uit drie rechters, het quorum bedoeld in artikel 17, tweede alinea, van het Statuut, niet aanwezig is en het niet mogelijk blijkt om de verhinderde rechters overeenkomstig artikel 11 sexto te vervangen, deelt de president van de kamer dit mede aan de president van het Hof die daarop een andere rechter ter aanvulling van de kamer aanwijst.
3. If in any Chamber of five or three Judges the quorum referred to in the second paragraph of Article 17 of the Statute has not been attained and it is not possible to replace the Judges prevented from attending in accordance with Article 11e, the President of that Chamber shall so inform the President of the Court who shall designate another Judge to complete the Chamber.
