Overwegende dat in artikel 22, lid 4, van Verordening (EEG) nr. 3759/92 onder andere is bepaald dat, indien de prijs franco grens van een bepaald produkt dat uit derde landen wordt ingevoerd lager is dan de referentieprijs en indien belangrijke hoeveelheden van het produkt worden ingevoerd, de invoer onder andere van de produkten genoemd in bijlagen I, punt A, IV, punt B, en V afhankelijk kan worden gesteld van de voorwaarde dat de prijs franco grens ten minste gelijk is aan de referentieprijs;
