TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Dit besluit treedt in werking drie maanden na publicatie ervan in het Publikatieblad.

overwegende dat bijzondere aandacht moet worden besteed aan de kleine detailhandelszaken; dat de Commissie daartoe in haar verslag over de toepassing van deze richtlijn, dat zij uiterlijk vijf jaar na de bekendmaking ervan in het Publikatieblad van de Europese Gemeenschappen moet uitbrengen, in het bijzonder rekening moet houden met de ervaring die de kleine detailhandelszaken met de toepassing van deze richtlijn hebben gehad, onder meer wat de tendensen en de technologische ontwikkelingen met betrekking tot verkoopmethodes betreft;
Whereas particular attention should be paid to small retail businesses; whereas, to this end, the Commission should, in its report on the application of this Directive to be presented no later than five years after publication thereof in the Official Journal of the European Communities, take particular account of the experience gleaned in the application of this Directive by small retail businesses, inter alia regarding trends and technological development in selling methods;
