De Rekenkamer onderzocht ook de relevante procedures bij de directoraten-generaal alsmede handleidingen, richtsnoeren, plannen en gepubliceerde verslagen, waarbij ze zich met name richtte op die welke betrekking hadden op de toepassing RAD (Recommendation, Action, Discharge –aanbeveling, actie, kwijting).
The Court also reviewed relevant procedures of the directorates-general and carried out a review of manuals, guidelines, plans, and published reports, with particular focus to those relating to the RAD application (Recommendation, Action, Discharge).
