25. verzoekt de Commissie en de raad van bestuur van de Europese scholen de toewijzing van de hulpbronnen in de vorm van financiële middelen, personeel en vakkennis te versterken, om kinderen met speciale onderwijsbehoeften een eersteklas opleiding te geven en het concept van het integratieve onderwijs, zoals op andere scholen in heel Europa, van harte te stimuleren; verzoekt voorts de raad van bestuur, constructieve alternatieven te bestuderen voor kinderen, die niet in reguliere klassen kunnen integreren;
25. Calls on the Commission and the Board of Governors of the European Schools to enhance the allocation of resources in terms of finance, staff and expertise with a view to providing first-class education for children with special educational needs and to fully promote the concept of inclusive education, as is the case in other schools across Europe; further calls on the Board of Governors to examine constructive alternatives for those children who are unable to cope with integration in mainstream classes;

27. verzoekt de raad van bestuur van de Europese scholen te waarborgen dat geen van zijn vergaderingen wordt gehouden in een stad zonder een Europese school; verzoekt verder in de agenda van vergaderingen van de raad van bestuur in beginsel voor bestuursleden die dit wensen, de mogelijkheid op te nemen om een Europese school te bezoeken;
27. Calls on the Board of Governors of the European Schools to ensure that none of its meetings is held in a city without a European School; calls, further, for the agenda of Board meetings normally to include the opportunity for Board members who wish to do so to visit a European School;

26. verzoekt de Commissie, via haar vertegenwoordiger in de raad van bestuur van de Europese scholen, te waarborgen dat de raad van bestuur actief de bruikbaarheid onderzoekt van andere opleidingen dan het Europese baccalaureaat, die leerlingen met erkende speciale onderwijsbehoeften zouden kunnen volgen;
26. Calls on the Commission to ensure, through its representative on the Board of Governors of the European Schools, that the Board actively explores the suitability of qualifications other than the European Baccalaureate, for which pupils with certified special educational needs might study;
