De gespecialiseerde afdeling Interne markt, productie en consumptie van het EESC heeft samen met het kabinet van Jean-Claude Marcourt, vice-minister-president en minister van Economische Zaken, Midden- en Kleinbedrijf, Buitenlandse Handel en Nieuwe Technologieën in de Waalse regering, en in partnerschap met de Belgische raadgevende comités de organisatie van deze conferentie op zich genomen.
