IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Het Veterinary and Agrochemical Research Centre — CODA-CERVA, Brussel, België wordt aangewezen als het referentielaboratorium van de Europese Unie („EU-referentielaboratorium”) op het gebied van door geitenpokkenvirussen veroorzaakte ziekten (nodulaire dermatose en schapen- en geitenpokken).
Veterinary and Agrochemical Research Centre — CODA-CERVA, Brussels, Belgium is hereby designated as the Union (EU) reference laboratory in the field of diseases caused by capripox viruses (lumpy skin disease and sheep and goat pox).

2. Voor elk referentielaboratorium van de Europese Unie voor plantgezondheid kunnen tot drie jaar na de aanwijzing ervan subsidies worden verleend aan één nationaal referentielaboratorium per lidstaat.

5. 1 bis. (60 bis) Artikel 32, lid 1, van Verordening (EG) nr. 1829/2003, en artikel 21, lid 1, van Verordening (EG) nr. 1831/2003, kennen respectievelijk aan het referentielaboratorium van de Europese Unie voor genetisch gemodificeerde levensmiddelen en diervoeders, en aan het referentielaboratorium van de Europese Unie voor toevoegingsmiddelen voor diervoeding, specifieke taken toe op het gebied van de toelatingsprocedure voor genetisch gemodificeerde levensmiddelen of diervoeders, of voor toevoegingsmiddelen voor diervoeding, die met name betrekking hebben op het testen, evalueren en valideren van de door de aanvrager voorgestelde detectie- of analysemethode.
(60a) Article 32(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 and Article 21(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 confer respectively on the European Union reference laboratory for genetically modified food and feed and on the European Union reference laboratory for feed additives, specific tasks as part of the authorisation procedure for genetically modified food or feed, or feed additives, relating, in particular, to the testing, evaluation and validation of the method of detection or analysis proposed by applicants.
