IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

De Commissie zal zich er daarom met behulp van deskundigen (in focusgroepen) over beraden of veranderingen van de regelgeving inzake inhoud voor de verschillende distributiekanalen voor audiovisuele inhoud op communautair niveau noodzakelijk zijn, zodat rekening wordt gehouden met de technische convergentie van de media en eventuele afwijkingen van de nationale regelgeving, die een nadelige invloed hebben op de verwezenlijking en werking van de gemeenschappelijke markt.

(118) Teneinde te waarborgen dat de doelstellingen van de overwegingen 115, 116 en 117 van deze verordening worden verwezenlijkt, moet aan de Commissie de bevoegdheid worden overgedragen om overeenkomstig artikel 290 van het Verdrag betreffende de werking van de Europese Unie handelingen vast te stellen ten aanzien van regelgeving inzake inhoud, informatieverplichtingen, en afwijkingen van de voorschriften inzake diergezondheidscertificering, specifieke regelgeving inzake certificering en de verplichting van officiële dierenartsen om vóór ondertekening van het diergezondheidscertificaat passende controles uit te voeren.
(118) In order to ensure the achievement of the objectives referred to in recitals 115, 116 and 117 of this Regulation the powers to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission, concerning rules on the content, information obligations, and derogations from the animal health certification requirements, specific certification rules and the obligations of official veterinarians to conduct appropriate checks before the signing the animal health certificate.
