TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

In het kader van die afwijking was Cambodja gerechtigd met het oog op het bepalen van de oorsprong van uit Cambodja in de Unie ingevoerde rijwielen van GS-post 8712 onderdelen van oorsprong uit Maleisië op grond van regionale cumulatie overeenkomstig het SAP te beschouwen als van oorsprong uit Cambodja, ook al was Maleisië geen SAP-begunstigd land.
Under that derogation, Cambodia was entitled, for the purpose of determining the origin of bicycles of HS heading 8712 imported to the Union from Cambodia, to consider parts originating in Malaysia to be materials originating in Cambodia by virtue of regional cumulation under the GSP scheme, even though Malaysia was not a GSP beneficiary country.

1. In afwijking van artikel 55, lid 2, onder a), van Gedelegeerde Verordening (EU) 2015/2446 is Cambodja gerechtigd om bij het gebruik van onderdelen van GS-post 8714 van oorsprong uit Maleisië voor de productie van rijwielen van GS-post 8712 die bestemd zijn voor de uitvoer naar de Unie, een beroep te doen op de regionale cumulatie van oorsprong overeenkomstig titel II, hoofdstuk 1, afdeling 2, van Gedelegeerde Verordening (EU) 2015/2446.
1. By way of derogation from point (a) of Article 55(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446, Cambodia shall be entitled to rely on regional cumulation of origin in accordance with Title II, Chapter 1, Section 2 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446 when using parts of HS heading 8714 originating in Malaysia for the production of bicycles and other cycles of HS heading 8712 to be exported to the Union.

3. Regionale cumulatie in de zin van Verordening (EEG) nr. 2454/93 is eveneens van toepassing wanneer een product dat gebruikt wordt voor verdere verwerking in een land dat behoort tot een regionale groep, van oorsprong is uit een ander tot die groep behorend land dat niet in aanmerking komt voor de regelingen die op het eindproduct van toepassing zijn, op voorwaarde dat beide landen voor de regionale cumulatie ten gunste van die groep in aanmerking komen.
3. Regional cumulation within the meaning and provisions of Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 shall also apply where a product used in further manufacture in a country belonging to a regional group originates in another country of the group, which does not benefit from the arrangements applying to the final product, provided that both countries benefit from regional cumulation for that group.

3.
