IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Het is dienstig de regels betreffende het besluitvormingsproces van de Raad van bestuur middels een schriftelijke procedure aan te passen, zulks zoals nader uitgewerkt in artikel 13 octies, 13 nonies en 13 decies van het reglement van orde van de Europese Centrale Bank om rekening te houden met de specifieke vereisten van de geen-bezwaarprocedure krachtens artikel 26, lid 8, van Verordening (EU) nr. 1024/2013 van de Raad (1).
It is appropriate to adapt the rules governing the decision-making process of the Governing Council by means of written procedure, as further defined in Articles 13g, 13h and 13i of the Rules of Procedure of the European Central Bank, to cater for the specific needs of the non-objection procedure pursuant to Article 26(8) of Council Regulation (EU) No 1024/2013 (1).

Aangaande de schriftelijke procedure binnen het kader van artikel 13 octies tot en met 13 decies van het reglement van orde van de Europese Centrale Bank, behoudens de daarin vastgestelde uiterste termijnen, is het dienstig een maximum van vijf werkdagen vast te leggen waarin ieder lid van de Raad van bestuur zich kan beraden, opdat leden van de Raad van bestuur overeenkomstig artikel 26, lid 8, van Verordening (EU) nr. 1024/2013 binnen uiterlijk tien werkdagen overeenstemming kunnen bereiken betreffende mogelijke bezwaren, waaronder een schriftelijke toelichting, tegen een ontwerpbesluit.
As regards a written procedure within the scope of Articles 13g to 13i of the Rules of Procedure of the European Central Bank and subject to the specific deadlines established therein, it is appropriate to set a maximum of 5 working days for consideration by every member of the Governing Council in order to enable the members of the Governing Council, in accordance with Article 26(8) of Regulation (EU) No 1024/2013, to reach agreement on any possible objection, including the written explanation, to a draft decision within a time period not exceeding 10 working days.
