Welcomes with particular satisfaction the agreement reached on item 5 (Victims) of the agenda of the General Agreement between the Government of Colombia and the FARC which includes the creation of the Commission for the Clarification of the Truth, Coexistence and Non-Repetition; the Special Unit for the Search for People considered to have Disappeared in the context of and on account of the conflict; the Special Jurisdiction for Peace, and the specific measures for reparations and non-repetition guarantees, and the unit for the investigation and dismantling of criminal organisations, including those that have been termed the successors of paramilitarism;

– gezien punt 44 van de boodschap van de EP-delegatie in de Euro-Latijns-Amerikaanse Parlementaire Vergadering (EuroLat) aan de tweede EU-CELAC-top in Brussel over de beëindiging van het interne conflict tussen de regering van Colombia en de Revolutionaire Strijdkrachten van Colombia (FARC), en gezien de op 11 juni 2015 aan het eind van de tweede EU-CELAC-top aangenomen Verklaring van Brussel,
– having regard to paragraph 44 of the Message of the EP Delegation to the Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly (EuroLat) to the II EU-CELAC Summit in Brussels on the termination of the internal conflict between the Government of Colombia and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), and the Brussels Declaration adopted at the end of the II EU-CELAC Summit on 11 June 2015,

Warmly welcomes the agreement reached between the Government of Colombia and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) on Wednesday, 23 September 2015 on the creation of a Special Jurisdiction for Peace, which is a satisfactory solution to the main and most problematic issue in the negotiations, and is pleased by the joint decision that a final peace agreement be signed within the six-month period ending on 23 March 2016;

2. is tevens ingenomen met het akkoord over punt 5 ("Slachtoffers") van de agenda van het Algemeen akkoord tussen de regering van Colombia en de Revolutionaire Strijdkrachten van Colombia (FARC) dat op 15 december 2015 werd bereikt, met inbegrip van de oprichting van de commissie voor de opheldering van de waarheid, co-existentie en niet-herhaling, de speciale eenheid voor de zoektocht naar personen die in de context en als gevolg van het conflict als vermist zijn opgegeven, de bijzondere rechtspraak voor vrede en de specifieke herstelmaatregelen;
