Gezien het Financieel Reglement van 16 juni 1998 van toepassing op de samenwerking inzake de ontwikkelingsfinanciering krachtens de vierde ACS-EG-Overeenkomst (4), en met name de artikelen 66 tot en met 74,

De samenwerking inzake ontwikkelingsfinanciering wordt uitgevoerd op basis van en in overeenstemming met de door de ACS-staten op nationaal, regionaal en intra-ACS-niveau vastgestelde ontwikkelingsdoelstellingen, -strategieën en -prioriteiten.
Development finance cooperation shall be implemented on the basis of and be consistent with the development objectives, strategies and priorities established by the ACP States, at national, regional and intra-ACP levels.
