(5) Tot slot is, overeenkomstig Besluit 2000/645/EG van de Raad van 17 oktober 2000(4), document SCH/II-Vision (99) 5 ("Schengen-raadplegingsnetwerk (Bestek)") waarin onder andere de beginselen worden vastgelegd die gelden voor de toepassing van de geautomatiseerde procedure voor raadpleging, ter fine van visumafgifte, van de centrale autoriteiten als bedoeld in artikel 17, lid 2, van de Overeenkomst, aan Besluit SCH/Com-ex (94) 15 herz. van het Uitvoerend Comité gehecht.
