In dit verband dient te worden gewezen op de instanties die een grote toekomst hebben, enerzijds de Raadgevende Raad van democratische partijen, die met deelneming van de OVSE is opgericht en anderzijds de Confederatie voor sociale verandering die de linkse partijen verenigt, zoals de sociaal-democraten, de arbeiderspartij en de communisten, alsook de vakbondsorganisaties, vrouwen, jongeren, milieu- en sociale activisten.
Two bodies in particular appear to show great promise, namely the Consultative Council of Democratic Parties, which the OSCE was involved in setting up, and the Confederation for Social Change, which brings together left-wing parties in Belarus, including the social democratic, labour and communist parties, as well as trade unions, women’s, youth, ecological and social organisations.
