– having regard to the hearings of 21 November 2009, 6 December 2012 and 2 December 2013 by the Subcommittee on Human Rights and to the respective testimonies of former Canadian Secretary of State for Asia-Pacific David Kilgour and human rights lawyer David Matas on the large-scale organ harvesting carried out on unwilling Falun Gong practitioners in China since 2000,

– gezien advies nr. CommDH(2011)10 van 25 februari 2011 van de Commissaris voor de Mensenrechten over de Hongaarse mediawetgeving in het licht van de normen inzake mediavrijheid van de Raad van Europa, alsmede gezien de repliek van 30 mei 2011 van de Hongaarse staatssecretaris van Overheidscommunicatie op dat advies,
– having regard to Opinion No CommDH(2011)10 of 25 February 2011 of the Commissioner for Human Rights on Hungary’s media legislation in light of the Council of Europe’s standards on freedom of the media, as well as to the annotations to that opinion of 30 May 2011 from the Hungarian Minister of State for Government Communication,

Mangwana, and the Deputy Finance Minister, Dr Christopher Kuruneri, were named as members of the Zimbabwe delegation to the JPA, the Belgian authorities followed the required procedure and notified the 14 other Member States, none of which raised objections to the granting of the exemption to the travel ban.
