TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Vandaag sluit het Europees Investeringsfonds, dat de EaSI-garantie namens de Commissie beheert, met zes microfinancieringsinstellingen garantieovereenkomsten af waardoor micro-ondernemingen toegang krijgen tot financiering.
Today, the European Investment Fund (EIF), which manages the EaSI guarantee on behalf of the European Commission, and six microfinance institutions are signing guarantee agreements that will open up access to finance for microenterprises.

De Europese Commissie en het Europees Investeringsfonds bieden micro-ondernemingen toegang tot financiering door 237 miljoen euro aan leningen vrij te maken, goed voor steun aan 20 000 micro-ondernemingen.

These first deals, enabling loans contracts to micro-enterprises, will be signed between the EIF and Qredits Microfinanciering (The Netherlands), Association pour le Droit à l'Initiative Economique (France), Microfinance Ireland (Ireland), PerMicro (Italy), Laboral Kutxa/ Caja Laboral Popular (Spain) and Nextebank (Romania), covering six countries and only 5 months after the launch of the EaSI initiative.

(c) the MMF makes express mention in the fund rules or instruments of incorporation of the central, regional or local authorities or central banks of Member States , the European Central Bank, the Union, the European stability mechanism or the European Investment Bank, the European Investment Fund, the European Fund for Strategic Investments, a central authority or central bank of a third country, public debt instruments, the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Bank for International Settlements, the Council of Europe Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development or any other international organisation to which one or more Member States belong issuing or guaranteeing money market instruments in which it intends to invest more than 5% of its assets;

De gouverneurs hebben de hervorming van de statuten van het Europees Investeringsfonds goedgekeurd en hebben ingestemd met het vrijgeven van een tweede miljard euro uit het jaarlijkse EIB-overschot gedurende de komende jaren, waarvan 500 miljoen direct beschikbaar werd gesteld uit het overschot van 1999.
The Governors approved both the reform of the statutes of the European Investment Fund and agreed to release a second billion euro out of the EIB annual surpluses over the next years, of which 500 million were directly made available out of the 1999 surplus.
