Wat het laatste betreft, zeggen zowel vennootschappen als vakbonden dat het SE-statuut de mogelijkheid biedt om: i) via onderhandelingen te komen tot een inspraakmodel dat is toegesneden op de specifieke behoeften van de vennootschap of het concern, zonder dat rekening hoeft te worden gehouden met bindende nationale regelgeving, ii) een diverse samenstelling te krijgen van vertegenwoordigers, die niet allemaal uit dezelfde lidstaat, maar uit verschillende lidstaten komen (dit draagt ertoe bij dat werknemers zich meer een "Europese werknemer" voelen, hetgeen een voordeel is voor concerns die in heel Europa opereren), en iii) de raad van toezicht met het oog op de efficiëntie te verkleinen.
As regards the latter, both companies and unions report that the SE Statute offers the possibility to: (i) negotiate an employee involvement model, thereby tailoring it to the specific needs of the company or group, instead of having to comply with mandatory national rules; (ii) have a mixture of representatives from different Member States instead of representatives only from one Member State (this can help to build a European employee consciousness and could be an advantage for European wide groups); and (iii) reduce the size of the supervisory board to increase its efficiency.

Zowel in de Verdragen inzake corruptie van de Raad van Europa als in het statuut van GRECO is voorzien in specifieke toetredingsclausules voor de Europese Gemeenschap.
Both Conventions on Corruption of the Council of Europe and GRECO's Statute provide already specific accession clauses for the European Community.
