3. The provision laid down in paragraph 2 is of application for any tariff reduction applied after the day of conclusion of the negotiations on an erga omnes basis.

4. Indien na de ondertekening van deze Overeenkomst tariefverlagingen op erga omnes grondslag worden toegepast, in het bijzonder verlagingen die voortvloeien uit de tariefonderhandelingen in de WTO, komen deze verlaagde rechten vanaf de datum waarop de verlagingen toepassing vinden in de plaats van de in lid 3 bedoelde basisrechten.
4. If, after the signature of this Agreement, any tariff reduction is applied on an erga omnes basis, in particular reductions resulting from the tariff negotiations in the WTO, such reduced duties shall replace the basic duty referred to in paragraph 3 as from the date when such reductions are applied.

6. Indien na 1 januari 1995 enige tariefverlaging op erga omnes grondslag wordt toegepast, treden de verlaagde rechten in de plaats van de in lid 5 bedoelde basisrechten, met ingang van de datum waarop de verlagingen toepassing vinden.
6. If, after 1 January 1995, any tariff reduction is applied on an erga omnes basis, the reduced duties shall replace the basic duties referred to in paragraph 5 as from the date when such reductions are applied.
