TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

A. overwegende dat uit mededelingen van de consumentenbond (Associazione di difesa dei consumatori, ADICO) blijkt dat door een besluit van de regering-Monti van 6 december 2011, meer bepaald met betrekking tot artikel 26 van wet 121 waardoor de wet van 2002 wordt gewijzigd, is bepaald dat de bankbriefjes en munten in lire die nog in omloop zijn, met onmiddellijke ingang ten voordele van de schatkist verjaren en dat de overeenstemmende tegenwaarde aan de staatsbalans wordt geschonken om aan het fonds voor de afschrijving van staatstitels te worden toegekend; overwegende dat de deadline voor personen die lire in euro moeten omwisselen, op deze manier werd vervroegd zonder dat hierover op gepaste wijze werd geïnformeerd;
A. whereas it has emerged from reports to the Italian consumer protection association ADICO that pursuant to a decision adopted by the Monti Government on 6 December 2011 or, more precisely, Article 26 of Decree Law No 121, derogating from the Act adopted in 2002, lira banknotes and coins still in circulation would revert to the Treasury with immediate effect, and that the value thereof would be made over to the State budget to be assigned to the fund for the amortisation of state securities; and whereas, therefore, the final deadline for changing lire into euros has been brought forward without due warning;

4.10.
