De Franse Commissie inzake toegang tot administratieve stukken heeft overigens op 8 april 2005 een advies uitgebracht waarin deze commissie stelt dat "alleen informatie over het procédé voor de totstandbrenging en het in de handel brengen van het GGO, waarvan de bekendmaking schadelijk kan zijn voor de concurrentiepositie van de onderneming die de vergunning heeft aangevraagd, onder de toepassing van artikel 25 valt".
Furthermore, on 8 April 2005, the French committee on access to administrative documents delivered an opinion stating that only information relating to the process for producing a GMO or the marketing thereof, the divulging of which might harm the competitive position of the company applying for authorisation, may be regarded as protected by the obligation laid down in Article 25.
