2. Indien er gevaar is dat deze kennisgeving afbreuk doet aan de daadwerkelijke inning van het levensonderhoud, kan zij worden uitgesteld voor een termijn van ten hoogste 90 dagen vanaf de datum waarop de informatie aan de aangezochte centrale autoriteit is verstrekt.
2. Where there is a risk that it may prejudice the effective recovery of the maintenance claim, such notification may be deferred for a period which shall not exceed 90 days from the date on which the information was provided to the requested Central Authority.
