25 Het Gerecht heeft gepreciseerd dat het Verdrag van Parijs niet relevant was, aangezien artikel 6 quinquies van dat verdrag, betreffende de bescherming en de inschrijving van merken die in een andere staat bij het Verdrag van Parijs zijn ingeschreven, niet handelt over de verdeling van de bewijslast in procedures tot inschrijving van gemeenschapsmerken.

Notes that the Paris Convention of 29 July 1960 on third party liability in the field of nuclear energy and the Convention of 31 January 1963 Supplementary to the Paris Convention of 29 July 1960 as amended by the Additional Protocol of 28 January 1964 and by the Protocol of 16 November 1982 are still in force and cannot be unilaterally terminated by the EU; notes moreover that the Parliament in its resolution of 26 February 2004 on third party liability in the field of nuclear energy gave its assent to the proposal for a Council decision authorising the Member States which are Contracting Parties to the Paris Convention of 29 July 1960 to ratify, in the interest of the European Community, the Protocol amending that Convention, or to accede to it;

Het voorstel van de Commissie betreft een beschikking van de Raad die tot doel heeft de lidstaten die verdragsluitende partij zijn bij het Verdrag van Parijs van 1960 inzake wettelijke aansprakelijkheid op het gebied van kernenergie ("het verdrag"), te machtigen het Protocol tot wijziging van dat verdrag ("het protocol") te ratificeren of daartoe toe te treden.
The Commission's proposal concerns a Council decision the purpose of which is to authorise those Member States which are contracting parties to the Paris Convention of 1960 on Third Party Liability in the Field of Nuclear Energy ("Convention") to ratify or accede to the Protocol amending that Convention ("Protocol").
