4. stelt vast dat in september 2012 18 nieuwe leden in de UNHRC werden gekozen wier lidmaatschap op 1 januari 2013 inging, te weten: Argentinië, Brazilië, Ivoorkust, Estland, Ethiopië, Gabon, Duitsland, Ierland, Japan, Kazachstan, Kenia, Montenegro, Pakistan, de Republiek Korea, Sierra Leone, de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten, de Verenigde Staten van Amerika en de Bolivariaanse Republiek Venezuela; en constateert dat negen lidstaten van de EU nu lid van de UNHRC zijn;

Notes that 18 new members were elected to the UNHRC in September 2012 and took up their membership on 1 January 2013, namely Argentina, Brazil, Côte d’Ivoire, Estonia, Ethiopia, Gabon, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Montenegro, Pakistan, the Republic of Korea, Sierra Leone, the United Arab Emirates, the United States of America, and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela; and notes that nine EU Member States are now UNHRC members;
