Voor de wettelijke controle van coöperaties, spaarbanken en soortgelijke instellingen als bedoeld in artikel 45 van Richtlijn 86/635/EEG, of van een dochteronderneming of wettelijke opvolger van een coöperatie, een spaarbank of een soortgelijke instelling als bedoeld in artikel 45 van Richtlijn 86/635/EEG, kunnen de lidstaten andere specifieke bepalingen inzake de stemrechten vaststellen; ”.
For the purpose of the statutory audit of cooperatives, savings banks and similar entities as referred to in Article 45 of Directive 86/635/EEC, a subsidiary or legal successor of a cooperative, savings bank or similar entity as referred to in Article 45 of Directive 86/635/EEC, Member States may lay down other specific provisions in relation to voting rights; ’

Dienovereenkomstig zouden de lidstaten de mogelijkheid moeten hebben coöperaties in de zin van artikel 2, punt 14, van Richtlijn 2006/43/EG, spaarbanken en soortgelijke entiteiten als bedoeld in artikel 45 van Richtlijn 86/635/EEG of hun dochterondernemingen of rechtsopvolgers uit te zonderen van deze verordening, mits is voldaan aan de beginselen van onafhankelijkheid als neergelegd in Richtlijn 2006/43/EG.

Member States shall designate only one competent authority bearing the ultimate responsibility for the tasks referred in this Article except for the purpose of the statutory audit of cooperatives, savings banks or similar entities as referred to in Article 45 of Directive 86/635/EEC, or a subsidiary or legal successor of a cooperative, savings bank or similar entity as referred to in Article 45 of Directive 86/635/EEC.

De uitkering van steun aan producenten in de sector bananen dient te worden gekoppeld aan hun lidmaatschap van een erkende vereniging, in overeenstemming met titel II van Verordening (EEG) nr. 404/93.
Receipt of aid for producers in the banana sector is to be conditional on affiliation to a recognised organisation in accordance with Title II of Regulation (EEC) No 404/93.

De uitkering van steun aan producenten in de sector bananen is gekoppeld aan hun lidmaatschap van een erkende vereniging, in overeenstemming met Titel II van Verordening (EEG) nr. 404/93.
