TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. is van oordeel dat nader gekeken moet worden naar de elementen die „de Academie” en de Europese Politiedienst gemeenschappelijk hebben, daarbij rekening houdend met de resultaten van de studie die „de Academie” in 2011 heeft gepubliceerd (contract ref. nr. CEPOL/CT/2010/002); merkt op dat „de Academie” de gebouwen waar zij nu gevestigd is, in Bramshill (VK), in maart 2014 moet verlaten; verzoekt de Commissie voorstellen uit te werken voor de verhuizing van „de Academie” naar Den Haag (NL), waar de Europese Politiedienst reeds is gevestigd, teneinde faciliteiten en diensten te kunnen delen en de vruchten te plukken van synergie-effecten, zonder de kerntaken en de autonomie van beide agentschappen in gevaar te brengen, en die voorstellen voor te leggen aan het Parlement en de Raad; benadrukt dat een snel besluit over de verhuizing van „de Academie” de onzekerheid en daarmee de negatieve effecten voor het personeel en de aanwervingsprocedures zou verminderen;
1. Believes that common elements between the College and the European Police Office should be explored further, taking into account the results of the study issued by the College in 2011 (Contract Ref. No CEPOL/CT/2010/002); notes that the College is to leave its current premises in Bramshill (UK) in March 2014; requests that the Commission come up with a proposal for the relocation of the College to The Hague (NL), where the European Police Office is located, in order to share facilities and services and benefit from synergies, without jeopardising both agencies' core tasks and autonomy, and present those proposals to Parliament and the Council; emphasises that a swift decision on the relocation of the College would diminish the uncertainty that might pose adverse effects on staff and recruitment procedures;

7. neemt nota van de informatie in het verslag van de Rekenkamer waaruit blijkt dat er zowel voor als na de verhuizing naar het nieuwe hoofdkantoor onvolkomenheden zijn vastgesteld met betrekking tot de fysieke verificatie en de boeking van activa; stelt daarnaast met bezorgdheid vast dat de verzekeringscontracten de waarde van de activa van de Dienst niet weerspiegelen: vóór de verhuizing waren de netto activa voor een bedrag van ongeveer 17 miljoen EUR oververzekerd en op het moment van de controle waren ze voor een bedrag van ongeveer 21 miljoen EUR onderverzekerd;

Acknowledges from the Court of Auditors' report that weaknesses were found as regards the physical verification and recording of assets before and after the move to the new headquarters; in addition, is concerned that insurance contracts do not reflect the value of the Office's assets: before the move, net assets were over-insured by about EUR 17 million and at the moment of audit they were under-insured by about EUR 21 million;
