(9) De voorwaarden waartegen de uitvoerende agentschappen een beroep kunnen doen op de diensten en bureaus van de Commissie, interinstitutionele Europese bureaus en het bij Verordening (EG) nr. 2965/94 van de Raad tot oprichting van een Vertaalbureau voor de organen van de Europese Unie[4] opgerichte Vertaalbureau voor de organen van de Europese Unie (hierna "Vertaalbureau" genoemd) dienen te worden gepreciseerd.
(9) The conditions for the use, by the executive agencies, of Commission services and offices, interinstitutional European offices and the Translation Centre for bodies of the European Union established by Council Regulation (EC) No 2965/94 setting up a Translation Centre for bodies of the European Union (hereinafter: Translation Centre) should be clarified.

The Agency should apply the relevant Community legislation concerning public access to documents as set out in Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents , the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data as set out in Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2000 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data , and concerning languages as set out in Regulation No 1 of 15 April 1958 determining the languages to be used by the European Economic Community and Regulation (EC) No 2965/94 of 28 November 1994 setting up a Translation Centre for bodies of the European Union
