(3 bis) Het vergroten van het bewustzijn onder en het voorlichten van gebruikers van informatie- en communicatietechnologieën over beste praktijken op het gebied van beveiliging van persoonsgegevens alsmede duurzaam onderhoud van communicatiediensten moeten het fundament vormen voor een allesomvattende strategie inzake cyberveiligheid.
(3a) Raising awareness and educating users of information and communication technologies on best practises on the securing personal data as well as sustainable maintenance of communication services should constitute the basis of any comprehensive cyber security strategy.
