TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Synthetisch wijnsteenzuur wordt geproduceerd uit maleïnezuuranhydride, waarvan de beschikbaarheid niet afhankelijk is van klimatologische omstandigheden, terwijl natuurlijk wijnsteenzuur wordt geproduceerd uit calciumtartraat, dat uit wijnmoer wordt verkregen, waardoor de beschikbaarheid ervan afhankelijk is van de kwaliteit van de wijnoogst, en dus van klimatologische omstandigheden.
The synthetic tartaric acid is produced from maleic anhydride whose availability is not dependent on climatic conditions, while natural tartaric acid is produced from calcium tartrate obtained from wine lees and therefore its availability varies according the quality of the grape wine harvest, namely climatic conditions.

It should be noted that 2012 and 2013 have not been favourable years as far as the wine grape harvest is concerned in the Union, which subsequently led to an increase of the costs of raw materials and sales prices after the production period of wine (as it is a seasonal product, effects materialise only several months following the harvest period).

– (DE) Commissioner, in view of the enormous wine harvest, which yielded 140 million hectolitres, and in view of the wine market regulations that are to enter into force this year, has the Commission had any more thoughts – this being the last year when we will have this option – about using obligatory distillation as a means of relieving pressure on the market, or does the Commission not take the view that this would be the subject of a further instrument?

Overwegende dat de restituties verlaagd moeten worden bij toepassing van de bovengenoemde voorschriften op de huidige marktsituatie, met name ten aanzien van de wijnprijzen in de Gemeenschap en op de wereldmarkt; dat, om te voorkomen dat de wijnoogst van dit jaar tot verstoringen op de markt van de Gemeenschap zou leiden, zoveel mogelijk wijnbouwprodukten met toekenning van een restitutie uit de Gemeenschap uitgevoerd moeten worden met inachtneming van de in het kader van de GATT-overeenkomsten vastgestelde maximumhoeveelheden; dat daartoe een verlaging van de restitutiebedragen noodzakelijk is op grond van de in de GATT-overeenkomsten vastgelegde verplichtingen inzake de maximaal toegestane uitgaven; dat derhalve de restituties overeenkomstig de bijlage bij deze verordening moeten worden vastgesteld en zo spoedig mogelijk van toepassing moeten zijn en dat Verordening (EG) nr. 2805/95 van de Commissie van 5 december 1995 tot vaststelling van de restituties bij uitvoer in de wijnbouwsector (3) dienovereenkomstig moet worden gewijzigd;
Whereas, when applying the abovementioned rules to the current market situation, having regard in particular to wine prices in the Community and on the world market, the level of refunds should be reduced; whereas, in order to avoid disturbances on the Community market, having regard to production for the current wine year, the quantities of Community products eligible for export refunds should be maximized within the limits on volumes based on the GATT Agreements; whereas, to that end, the amount of the refunds should be reduced on account of the obligations arising from the GATT Agreements concerning maximum authorized expenditure; whereas, therefore, the refunds should be fixed in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation; whereas Commission Regulation (EC) No 2805/95 of 5 December 1995 fixing the export refunds in the wine sector (3) should be amended accordingly and provision made to implement it immediately;

Overwegende dat gezien de verschillende tijdstippen waarop de wijnoogst in de Lid-Staten plaatsvindt , tevens een tijdschema moet worden vastgesteld volgens hetwelk de opgaven van oogsten gedaan moeten worden ;
WHEREAS , SINCE THE WINE HARVESTS IN THE MEMBER STATES TAKE PLACE AT DIFFERENT TIMES , IT IS ALSO DESIRABLE TO LAY DOWN A SUCCESSION OF DATES BY WHICH THE DECLARATIONS SHOULD BE COMPLETED ;
