TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Als actuariële tegenwaarde van het ouderdomspensioen geldt de kapitaalwaarde van de aan de ambtenaar toekomende uitkering, berekend op de grondslag van de in artikel 9 van bijlage XII vermelde sterftetafels en tegen een rente van 3,5 % per jaar die kan worden herzien overeenkomstig het bepaalde in artikel 10 van bijlage XII".
Actuarial equivalent of the retirement pension means the capital value of the benefits accruing to the official by reference to the mortality table referred to in Article 9 of Annex XII and subject to 3,5 % interest per annum, which rate may be revised in accordance with the rules laid down in Article 10 of Annex XII".

Where the official, being entitled to a retirement pension, does not repay the sums referred to in the first paragraph, a capital sum representing the actuarial equivalent of his retirement pension as at the date on which such pension ceased to be paid to him, plus compound interest at the rate of 3,5 % per annum, shall be paid to him in the form of a deferred retirement pension payable at the age when he ceases to perform his duties.
