Het is de bedoeling dat financiering wordt gebruikt om een adviseur voor projectbeheer te contracteren die de voorbereidende commissie moet bijstaan bij de uitvoering van dit besluit; die de rapportageverplichtingen tijdens de gehele uitvoeringsperiode, inclusief het verhalende eindverslag en het financiële eindverslag, moet vervullen; en die alle documenten met betrekking tot dit besluit moet archiveren, in het bijzonder met het oog op mogelijke verificatiemissies; die alle aspecten van de zichtbaarheid van de Unie moet waarborgen; die er zorg voor moet dragen dat alle activiteiten op financieel en juridisch vlak en inzake overheidsopdrachten stroken met de financiële en administratieve kaderovereenkomst (FAFA) en dat alle informatie, ook over de begroting, volledig en nauwkeurig is en op tijd wordt verstrekt.
It is envisaged that funding will be used to contract a project management consultant who will be responsible for assisting the Preparatory Commission in the implementation of this Decision; for the reporting obligations during the entire implementation period, including the final narrative report and the final financial report; for maintaining an archive of all documents related to this Decision, especially in view of possible verification missions; for ensuring the Union visibility in all its aspects; for ensuring that all activities involving finance, legal and procurement are in compliance with the Financial and Administrative Framework Agreement (FAFA) and for ensuring that all information, including budgetary information, is complete, accurate and provided in a timely manner.
