3. De huidige INTERBUS‑overeenkomst bevat derhalve de meeste liberaliseringsmaatregelen van de ASOR‑Overeenkomst, en voegt daar sociale, fiscale en technische maatregelen aan toe, gebaseerd op het beginsel van non‑discriminatie tussen de verschillende overeenkomstsluitende partijen.
