(17) Voor de plantaardige productie, de dierlijke productie en de aquacultuurproductie moeten specifieke productievoorschriften worden vastgesteld, onder meer met betrekking tot de vergaring van wilde planten en zeewier en tot de productie van verwerkte levensmiddelen, verwerkte diervoeders, wijn en gist, teneinde de harmonisering en de inachtneming van de doelstellingen en beginselen van de biologische productie te garanderen.
(17) Specific production rules should be established with regard to plant, livestock and aquaculture production, including rules for the collection of wild plants and seaweeds, and with regard to the production of processed food and feed, as well as of wine and yeast to ensure harmonisation and respect of the objectives and principles of organic production.
