2. Voor de toepassing van artikel 86 van het Wetboek wordt voor het beoordelen van de verhouding tussen de uit het toezicht en de controle op het douane-entrepot voortvloeiende administratieve kosten en de economische behoefte aan opslag onder andere rekening gehouden met het type entrepot en de procedures die kunnen worden toegepast.
2. For the purposes of Article 86 of the Code, the assessment of whether the administrative costs of supervision and control of the customs warehouse are in proportion to the economic needs for customs warehousing shall take account inter alia of the type of customs warehouse and the procedures which may be applied therein.
