Indien een partij een maatregel neemt in een bijzonder dringend geval zoals bedoeld in artikel 104, kan de andere partij een beroep doen op de procedure voor geschillenbeslechting.
If a Party takes a measure in a case of special urgency as provided for under Article 104, the other Party may avail itself of the procedure relating to settlement of disputes.
