De in het kader van deze verordening gefinancierde maatregelen zijn buitengewoon en tijdelijk van aard en in het bijzonder bedoeld om, nadat er een oplossing voor het vraagstuk Cyprus is gevonden, de volledige toepassing van het communautaire acquis in de zones, indien mogelijk, voor te bereiden en te vergemakkelijken.
Measures to be financed under this Regulation are of an exceptional and transitional nature and are intended, in particular, to prepare and facilitate, as appropriate, the full application of the acquis communautaire in the areas following a solution to the Cyprus problem.
