TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. Indien de noodzakelijke bepalingen betreffende de huisvesting van het Bureau in de gastlidstaat en de door deze lidstaat ter beschikking gestelde installaties, alsook de specifieke voorschriften die in de gastlidstaat van het Bureau gelden voor de uitvoerend directeur, de leden van de raad van bestuur, het personeel van het Bureau en hun gezinsleden, nog niet zijn vastgesteld of nog niet in een schriftelijke overeenkomst zijn opgenomen, wordt er tussen het Bureau en de gastlidstaat over al deze zaken een overeenkomst gesloten, overeenkomstig de rechtsorde van de gastlidstaat, en nadat de raad van bestuur ermee heeft ingestemd, doch uiterlijk op 16 juni 2017. Die overeenkomst kan de vorm aannemen van een vestigingsovereenkomst.
1. Where the necessary arrangements concerning the accommodation to be provided for the Agency in the host Member State and the facilities to be made available by that Member State together with the specific rules applicable in that Member State to the Executive Director, members of the Management Board, Agency staff and members of their families are not yet in place or not yet provided for in a written agreement, an agreement between the Agency and the host Member State on all these elements shall be concluded, in accordance with the legal order of the host Member State, and after the approval of the Management Board, no later than 16 June 2017. That agreement may take the form of a headquarters agreement.

6. Travel, accommodation, subsistence and other expenses incurred by the Agency's staff shall be met by the Agency.

39. Calls on the Agency for Fundamental Rights to conduct a study assessing how effectively and under what conditions the right to housing and housing assistance is implemented in the Member States, involving relevant stakeholders in the process; calls on the agency to promote the exchange of best practices in the effective implementation of the right to housing for particularly vulnerable groups, including the homeless; calls on the Commission to follow such activities within the Social Investment Package;
