TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

15. onderkent dat het Agentschap is gevestigd in Tallinn (met 46 bezette posten), terwijl de operationele activiteiten worden verricht in Straatsburg (met 79 bezette posten) en de Business Continuity Site zich bevindt in Sankt Johann im Pongau (Oostenrijk); neemt kennis van het oordeel van de Rekenkamer dat de doeltreffendheid van het beheer zou verbeteren en de administratieve kosten waarschijnlijk zouden worden teruggebracht als alle personeelsleden op één plaats worden samengebracht; verzoekt de Commissie derhalve de voor- en nadelen van het hebben van drie verschillende locaties op te nemen in haar evaluatieverslag dat in overeenstemming met artikel 31 van de oprichtingsverordening van het Agentschap moet worden opgesteld, in het bijzonder de verwachte besparingen op de begroting en bespiegelingen over de praktische regelingen en kosten met betrekking tot een eventuele centralisatie van zijn activiteiten;

Acknowledges that the Agency's seat is located in Tallinn (with 46 occupied posts) while its operational activities are carried out in Strasbourg (with 79 occupied posts) and the business continuity site is in Sankt Johann im Pongau (Austria); takes note of the Court's opinion that management effectiveness would increase and administrative costs would be reduced if all staff were centralised in one location; calls therefore on the Commission to include the advantages and disadvantages of having three different locations in its evaluation report to be prepared in accordance to Article 31 of the Agency’s founding Regulation, in particular expected budget savings, reflections on practical arrangements and costs with regard to a potential centralisation of its activities;

2. De Business Continuity Site wordt ondergebracht in Salzburg, op voorwaarde dat er een aantal regelingen worden getroffen die noodzakelijk zijn vóórdat de vestiging operationeel wordt.
2. The Business Continuity Site shall be located in Salzburg subject to certain arrangements that will be necessary before the site becomes operational.

3. Tussen de Commissie en de lidstaten waar het centrale systeem en de Business Continuity Site worden ondergebracht, worden zo spoedig mogelijk en in ieder geval voordat de werkzaamheden op de betrokken locaties van start gaan, passende dienstverleningsniveau-overeenkomsten gesloten.
3. Appropriate Service Level Agreements shall be put in place between the Commission and the Member States hosting the Central System and the Business Continuity Site as soon as practicable but in any event before the commencement of work at either site.
