Overeenkomstig artikel 63 kunnen bij besluit van de Cariforum-EU-Commissie voor handel en ontwikkeling wijzigingen in bijlage IV worden aangebracht om daarin uiterlijk zes maanden na de ondertekening van de overeenkomst de lijst van verbintenissen van het Gemenebest van de Bahama’s inzake diensten en investeringen op te nemen.
Article 63 of the Agreement provides for changes to be made to Annex IV by a decision of the CARIFORUM-EU Trade and Development Committee with a view to incorporating the schedule of commitments of The Commonwealth of the Bahamas in services and investment no later than six months after the signature of the Agreement.

Such negotiations were successfully concluded on 25 January 2010, and it has been agreed by the Trade and Development Committee that the schedule of commitments of The Commonwealth of the Bahamas should be incorporated into the Agreement by means of a Decision of the Joint CARIFORUM-EU Council.
