2. Onverminderd lid 1, zijn artikel 5, lid 3, en artikel 9, lid 5, tot 1 januari 1990 niet van toepassing op geautomatiseerde boekingssystemen waarvan de centrale administratie en de voornaamste plaats van bedrijfsuitoefening zich vóór 1 augustus 1989 in de Gemeenschap bevinden.
2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, Articles 5 (3) and 9 (5) shall not apply until 1 January 1990 to CRSs which have established their central administration and their principal place of business in the Community before 1 August 1989.
