gezien het verslag van 2013 van de Europese Stichting tot verbetering van de levens- en arbeidsomstandigheden (Eurofound) getiteld „Vrouwen, mannen en arbeidsomstandigheden in Europa”,
having regard to the report of 2013 of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) entitled ‘Women, men and working conditions in Europe’,

gezien het verslag van Eurofound van 2008 getiteld „Maatregelen tegen zwartwerk in de Europese Unie”, en haar verslag van 2013, getiteld „Tackling undeclared work in 27 EU Member States and Norway: Approaches and measures since 2008” (Zwartwerk in 27 lidstaten van de Europese Unie en Noorwegen: benaderingen en maatregelen sinds 2008),
having regard to Eurofound’s reports of 2008 entitled ‘Measures to tackle undeclared work in the European Union’ and of 2013 entitled ‘Tackling undeclared work in 27 EU Member States and Norway: Approaches and measures since 2008’,

3. is tevreden met de toegenomen bijdragen van Eurofound aan de beleidsontwikkeling, het grotere gebruik van zijn expertise voor essentiële beleidsdocumenten van de Unie en de toenemende erkenning van de wetenschappelijke waarde van het door Eurofound verrichte onderzoek;
3. Welcomes the increased contributions of Eurofound to policy development, the greater use of its expertise in key Union policy documents and the growing recognition of the scientific value of Eurofound´s research;

2. merkt op dat 2013 het eerste jaar was van het vierjarige programma van Eurofound voor de periode 2013-2016; waardeert de activiteiten van Eurofound in dit verband, namelijk de verstrekking van kwalitatief hoogwaardige, tijdige en relevante kennis ter ondersteuning van beleidsontwikkeling, waarvan bijvoorbeeld de Internationale Arbeidsorganisatie gebruik heeft gemaakt; wijst voorts op de verbetering met betrekking tot de meeste kernprestatie-indicatoren in vergelijking tot 2012;
2. Notes that 2013 was the first year of Eurofound’s four-year programme (2013-2016); appreciates Eurofound’s activities in this context, providing high-quality, timely and relevant knowledge in order to support policy making which for example the International Labour Organisation has used; notes further the improvement in most of the Key Performance Indicators in comparison with 2012;
