TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

3. Het besluit wordt ingetrokken op de datum van sluiting van het hoofdkwartier van de missie van EUTM RCA overeenkomstig de plannen die zijn goedgekeurd voor de beëindiging van EUTM RCA, onverminderd de in Besluit (GBVB) 2015/528 vastgestelde procedures voor de controle en het afleggen van rekening en verantwoording over EUTM RCA.
3. This Decision shall be repealed as from the date of closure of the Mission Headquarters of EUTM RCA in accordance with the plans approved for the termination of EUTM RCA, and without prejudice to the procedures regarding the audit and presentation of the accounts of EUTM RCA, as laid down in Decision (CFSP) 2015/528.

4. Derde staten die belangrijke militaire bijdragen aan EUTM RCA leveren, hebben bij de dagelijkse aansturing van EUTM RCA dezelfde rechten en verplichtingen als de deelnemende lidstaten.
4. Third States making significant military contributions to EUTM RCA shall have the same rights and obligations in terms of the day-to-day management of EUTM RCA as Member States taking part in EUTM RCA.

2. De HV is tevens gemachtigd om, naargelang van de operationele behoeften van EUTM RCA, gerubriceerde EU-informatie tot op het niveau RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED die ten behoeve van EUTM RCA is opgesteld, overeenkomstig Besluit 2013/488/EU vrij te geven aan de VN en aan de AU.
