De Lid-Staten kunnen echter bepalen dat de gegevens betreffende de in artikel 22, lid 6, onder b), laatste alinea, bedoelde handelingen uit hoofde waarvan de belasting verschuldigd is geworden tijdens de eerste drie kalendermaanden van het jaar 1993, ten laatste moeten worden opgenomen in de verzamelstaat die wordt opgesteld voor het tweede kalenderkwartaal van het jaar 1993.
Member States may, however, provide that information relating to transactions referred to in the last subparagraph of Article 22 (6) (b) for which the tax becomes payable during the first three calendar months of 1993 must appear at the the latest on the summary statement signed for the second calendar quarter of 1993.
