e) de aardappelen moeten in Cuba rechtstreeks zijn geteeld uit pootgoed dat is gecertificeerd in een van de lidstaten van de Gemeenschap of in enig ander land waaruit het overeenkomstig het bepaalde in bijlage III bij Richtlijn 77/93/EEG niet verboden is voor opplant bestemde aardappelen in de Gemeenschap binnen te brengen, of uit dergelijk, twee jaar tevoren officieel gecertificeerd pootgoed, op voorwaarde dat het in Cuba geteelde pootgoed is geteeld in de provincie Pinar del Río en overeenkomstig de in Cuba geldende regels als pootgoed aangemerkt;
(e) they shall have been grown in Cuba directly from seed potatoes certified in one of the Member States or, from seed potatoes certified in any other country for which the entry into the Community of potatoes intended for planting is not prohibited pursuant to Annex III to Directive 77/93/EEC; or from the progeny of such seed potatoes, officially certified in the year before the previous one, if this progeny was produced in the province Pinar del Río and qualified as seed potatoes in accordance with the current rules applicable in Cuba;
