Het Hof wijst, op voorstel van de rechter-rapporteur, de advocaat-generaal gehoord, het verzoek toe aan een rechtsprekende formatie die beslist of de kosteloze rechtsbijstand voor het geheel of voor een gedeelte zal worden verleend, dan wel moet worden geweigerd.
The Court, on the Judge-Rapporteur's proposal and after hearing the Advocate General, shall refer the application to a formation of the Court which shall decide whether legal aid should be granted in full or in part, or whether it should be refused.
