1 bis. In de gemeenschappelijke toezichthoudende autoriteit zijn de in artikel 25 bedoelde nationale toezichthoudende autoriteiten en de Europese Toezichthouder voor gegevensbescherming verenigd.

The joint supervisory authority shall be responsible for the examination of implementation problems in connection with the operation of Eurodac, for the examination of possible difficulties during checks by the national supervisory authorities and for drawing up recommendations for common solutions to existing problems.

8. Reports drawn up by the joint supervisory authority shall be made public and shall be forwarded to the bodies to which the national supervisory authorities submit their reports, as well as to the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission for information.
