Have decided to organise the meetings of the Mixed Committees, established by the agreement between the European Community and Iceland and Norway concerning the criteria and mechanisms for establishing the State responsible for examining a request for asylum lodged in a Member State or in Iceland or Norway, on the one hand, and the agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation concerning the criteria and mechanisms for establishing the State responsible for examining a request for asylum lodged in a Member State or in Switzerland, on the other hand, jointly.

Noorwegen en IJsland hebben tevens de mogelijkheid om in het in artikel 4 van de overeenkomst bedoelde "gemengde comité" een toelichting te geven op de problemen die zij met betrekking tot de toepassing van de maatregel tegenkomen en uitspraken te doen over eventuele vraagstukken met betrekking tot de ontwikkeling van de voor hen van belang zijnde bepalingen of de uitvoering daarvan.
Norway and Iceland have also the possibility "to explain the problems they encounter in respect of" the measure and "to express themselves on any questions concerning the development of provisions of concern to them or the implementation thereof" in the "Mixed Committee" provided for in Article 4 of the Agreement.
