De Milieucommissie is het er met haar rapporteur over eens dat het voorstel van de Commissie om in de lijst van levensmiddelen met betrekking tot E 315 en E 316 de aanduiding "halfverduurzaamde en verduurzaamde vleesproducten" te wijzigen in "gepekelde vleesproducten en vleesproducten in blik", de mogelijke verwarring rond deze termen niet helemaal wegneemt.
The Committee agrees with its Rapporteur that the proposal by the Commission to replace in the list of foodstuffs concerning E 315 and E 316 the designation ‘Semi-preserved and preserved meat products’ by ‘Cured meat products and canned meat products’ does not entirely avoid confusion about the terms.
