Op 5 maart 2012 heeft de Commissie een aanmelding van een voorgenomen concentratie in de zin van artikel 4 van Verordening (EG) nr. 139/2004 van de Raad (1) ontvangen. Hierin is meegedeeld dat Sortiva B.V („Sortiva”, Nederland) en Remondis Nederland B.V („Remondis”, Nederland) in de zin van artikel 3, lid 1, onder b), van de EG-concentratieverordening de gezamenlijke zeggenschap verkrijgen over Sortiva Papier en Kunststoffen B.V („Sortiva PK”, Nederland) en Stam Papier-Recycling B.V („Stam”, Nederland) door de verwerving van aandelen.
